Generaly interested in process for effective community solutions; making a transferable road map based on real projects which have worked, and hoping to learn lessons from failure.

Presently attempting to find funds for expenses to field study a handful of in progress schemes for community wind; doing what I can from a desk. Ongoing interest in improving group process for co-operative decision making and community empowerment. Lots to learn :-)
Now know I am not getting this funding. Ideas welcome. Needs about 3 - 4 k£ to make it happen.
